At Harkla, we have a lifetime guarantee on all of our products. If you're not happy, for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund. 

Fill out our contact form to start the return process! 

Please have your order number ready. It also helps us to know if you have all the original packaging and the box it was shipped in. That way, we can create a prepaid shipping label for you right away. 

If your product is damaged or defective please let us know. You can still return it but it helps us to know before sending it back to our warehouse.

If you purchased your Harkla product through Amazon, you can process your return directly through them within 30 days of your purchase. Thanks for your help in this matter!
