Before using your Harkla indoor sensory swing for the first time, inspect all parts of the swing, including the swing fabric and all hardware. 

The swing fabric should not have any pulls, runs, or tears.

The ceiling hook, carabiners, and Rescue 8 should be free of rust or any evidence of deterioration. Make sure the carabiners lock tightly.

If you receive any hardware or parts that are less than perfect, please email [email protected] and include a photo with your order number and shipping address. We will gladly send new parts to you!

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO REGULARLY INSPECT ALL PARTS TO ENSURE EVERYTHING IS IN SAFE WORKING CONDITION.
