The Harkla Compression Sheet fits snuggly around about two-thirds of a standard-size mattress. This should leave plenty of space for the head to stick out at the top end. The other end is open as well. 

This opening at the bottom gives the option to stick the feet out for those who do not prefer their feet to be compressed. An open bottom design also facilitates ease when putting on and pulling off the mattress.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard mattress thickness ranges from 6-10 inches, with some thicker mattresses around 15 inches thick! Depending on the thickness of your mattress the compression sheet may fit slightly tighter or looser.
