What if my order is out of stock?Updated 7 months ago

Although we don't plan to offer products to purchase if they are out of stock, sometimes there may be an inventory issue after an order is placed. This is very infrequent and can happen for reasons beyond our control. 

If you haven't received a tracking update within one week, please email [email protected] for information on the status of the product you ordered.

We will do our best to ship your item out as soon as possible!
